VIDEO AS A FUNDRAISING TOOL: THE STORY OF THE NGOLO FAMILY AND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

The power of video!

It was an honor to create this whiteboard video for the Macomb Michigan Habitat for Humanity. It tells the story of Patrick Ngolo and his family, and their immigration from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Ngolo family's journey was fraught with delays and struggles. And even today after settling in the U.S., help is needed to support their residency in the U.S.

This video was used at a fundraising dinner in November 2022 and generated donations to support the Ngolos.

Thank you to the Macomb Habitat for Humanity for the invitation to help tell this story.
